(1) Information you provide to us (including your contact information) : We may collect personal information you provide to us, such as your mobile phone number, email address, feedback you send, the avatar you upload in this software, and other information you fill in independently. Since mobile phone number and email address are important information for you to log in to this software, the information will always be saved in the mobile terminal running this software. If you want to delete this information, you can choose to delete your account. For details on how to delete an account, see "Deleting Information" below.
(2) In order to provide you with the services of this software, so that you can securely connect to and manage smart devices, we may collect your Wi-Fi information, location information, mobile phone camera, login account information, mobile phone related information, smart device related information, etc. This information will be used to provide you with the ability to connect smart devices quickly, connect, discover nearby devices, and manage devices. The above information is listed as follows:
· Login account information: mobile phone account, nickname, profile picture information.
· Mobile terminal information: Hardware device ID (IMEI/OAID, Mac address, Android ID), mobile terminal model, system version information, system language, country or region set by the mobile terminal, version number of the app store, mobile terminal camera, mobile terminal screen size and resolution, CPU and display device related information, cellular network operator information used by the mobile terminal, software crash information, etc.
· Information about smart devices: device identification of smart devices (such as IMEI, Mac address, IP address), Bluetooth information, software and firmware version information of smart devices.
· Software installation list: Obtain sensitive information about the user's software installation list.
Rough location information (for specific services/features only) : Information related to your location, including: regional and country codes.
· Network access information: SSID and password of the access router. For avoidance of doubt, the password information is stored only on the device and is not uploaded to the server.
2.2 How will this personal information be used
2.2.1. The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws. You hereby consent to us processing personal information for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and disclosing personal information to our affiliates and third party service providers (as defined below).
2.2.2. Device sharing
We support you to share your smart device with others through your mobile account. After sharing, the shared person can also control the smart device. In order to enjoy this function, we may collect the sharing account information you provide, the sharing status of the device, to provide you with the ability to share the device with other users of this software for common control and use, and to display the sharing status on the device list page.
2.2.3. We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
(1) To provide, process, maintain, improve, develop our products and/or services to you, as well as services provided through the equipment or the Software.
(2) To communicate with you regarding your device, services or any general enquiries (e.g. updates, device firmware/software upgrades, customer consultation support, related information, notifications), etc.
(3) Analyze and develop statistical information related to the use of our products and services in order to better improve our products and services.
(4) To store and maintain information about you for the purpose of operating our business or fulfilling legal obligations.
(5) More details about how we use your information, which may contain personal information, are provided below:
· Create your account for this software. The phone number collected when creating an account through a mobile terminal is used to create your personal account and profile. The avatar you upload is used to display in the profile page.
· Ensure the realization of the basic functions of the software and equipment. We collect your login information to ensure the realization of the basic functions of this software; The information about the device bound to an account is collected to ensure the basic functions of the device.
· Provide location-based services. We may use rough location information to help determine the data center to which devices and mobile terminals are connected.
· Device access. If the device needs to be connected to the network, you need to use this software to configure the network of the device. In this process, you need to enter the corresponding Wi-Fi name and password, and combine the collected time zone Settings, rough location information, and account name. The information is only used for network distribution of the device.
· Verify user identity. This software uses a password to verify your identity, ensuring that unauthorized persons cannot log in.
· Collect user feedback. We may collect the feedback you send us, feedback logs, and the phone number or email address you fill in, which will be used to let us better understand your problem and contact you.
(7) Provide firmware upgrade function. In order to enable you to continue to enjoy the latest software service, we may use the version information of your software application and mobile phone model to provide you with the upgrade service of this software application. At the same time, we may collect the list and version number information of your connected smart devices to provide you with the upgrade function of your smart devices to ensure that you can use the latest version of the Service (including the firmware version).
(8) Improving products and services. We use information about the operation of your mobile device and this software to better improve our products and services.

2.4.2. Third Party Software development Kits (SDKS) that we access
In order to adapt the use of this software and third-party platform services on different mobile devices, realize your mobile device identity authentication, mobile device security, receive information push, log in to the third-party platform account and share information through the third-party platform, this software accesses the third-party SDK. These third party SDK providers include mobile device manufacturers, social platforms, and communication operators. Some third-party SDKS may invoke your device permissions and obtain relevant information about you so that you can normally use the corresponding functions on different mobile devices or third-party platforms. Different third-party SDKS may invoke different types of device permissions and obtain different information, which may include obtaining your location information, reading/writing to your external memory card, reading your phone status and identity, viewing WLAN links, and retrieving running apps/Bluetooth. Regarding the specific types of device permissions called by the third-party SDK, and how to use your personal information, it is recommended that you refer to the relevant service agreement and privacy policy of the third-party SDK. 2.5 No consent information is required
For the avoidance of doubt, we will only collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent to the extent expressly permitted by local data protection laws and only in such circumstances.
2.6 Non-personal information
We may also collect other information that does not identify a specific individual (that is, information that is not personal information), such as statistical data generated when you use the product, such as user behavior (including clicks, page jumps, browsing time). You can control your information

3.1 Delete information

Retention policy

How is your personal information transferred globally
1. We process and back up personal information through our global operations and control facilities. At present, we have data centers in China, Germany and the United States. For the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, your information may be transferred to these data centers in accordance with applicable law.
2. We may also transfer your personal information to third party service providers and business partners, so your information may also be transferred to other countries or regions.
